BECA® Inline Ceramic Cross-Flow

Purity and Resource Conservation
BECA® offers a cost-effective, yet robust and versatile cross-flow filtration solution with its Inline Ceramic Cross-Flow system, which uses ceramic membranes to separate substances in liquids.
Unlike dead-end filtration systems, in this cross-flow filtration process, the fluid to be filtered is directed tangentially to the membrane surface, which ensures a consistently high flow rate and prevents the formation of a filter cake.

The BECA® Inline Ceramic Crossflow is the modern membrane filtration process in which the tangential flow across the membrane is generated by the pump flow . Compared to dead-end filtration, the BECA®Inline Ceramic Crossflow significantly better process performance.
Superior technology for:
- Brewery and Beverage Industry: Product separation, beer recovery from yeast, beer filtration, beverage filtration, wine clarification, wine filtration, water filtration, vinegar filtration, spirits
- Chemical industry: e.g., product separation, liquid filtration, micro/ultra/nanofiltration, acid/alkali filtration, ultrapure water filtration
- Dairies: Product Separation, Liquid Filtration, Concentration
- Pharmaceutical industry: e.g., product separation, liquid filtration, micro/ultra/nanofiltration, ultrapure water filtration, plant extracts
- General Industry and Manufacturing: Product separation, liquid filtration, clarifying filtration, liquid-solid separation processes, concentration
