The patented process for the optimized, continuous production of bio-acid\/lactic acid with a defined pH reduction ensures excellent growth and acid production. Defined, high-quality bio-acid is available at all times. <\/span><\/p>\n

Proliferation and acid production occur under anaerobic conditions, while lactobacilli proliferation is possible under facultative anaerobic conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n
